Its that time of year again where XXL gets everything wrong. They act like they know whats what in hip hop. I mean they get it right in their “The Break” column but that where it stops. This year they announced 10 rappers (with a photoshopped addition of Chief Keef since he was in jail) who are on the come up and basically have next. The problem is that this list as always could have been last years or 2 years ago list. Not taking away anything from these artist, but I just feel some more thought could have been implemented instead of takeing the obvious choices.
